Project Details:                 This project involves the remodeling of an existing house so that it can be utilised as a base for the Petrie SES and the Moreton Bay Region SES Unit Executive. Works included the removal of asbestos form the site prior to new works commencing, remodeling of the layout of the building including structural works, installation of a lift, new toilet and kitchen facilities, new stairway and access to the upper level. Exterior works included modification of the metal and steel shed to provide storage to both the SES and other community groups, pathways and landscaping works, stormwater works and the installation of a new crossover and driveway.
