Project Details:                 This project has been in the pipeline for some time with Main Constructions assisting the client with Council Approvals and finalization of plans with work kicking off on site in November.  Construction of a 3782m2 multi-purpose building is being undertaken using tilt panel construction.  The warehouse will also incorporate an upstairs/downstairs office area incorporating amenities, office areas and kitchen with air conditioning. Works are PWD compliant to allow access and use by all.  Works will incorporate 149 car parking spaces including undercover parking spaces. The building has been designed with fully compliant fire services, including water storage tanks.  The facility also includes a purpose built loading and unloading area designed to keep these activities clear of the general public thus enhancing safety.
