Project Details:               Works for this project involved updates to the property to improve drainage. This involved the demolition of an existing spoon drain, concrete and removal of stormwater pipes and associated connections from the building. New works involved earthworks to reshape the existing gravel hardstand to drainage lines and supply and install stormwater and connect to downpipes. Concrete works included the construction of a 407m2 slab, 125mm thick upstand concrete retaining wall and construction of an 80m long concrete spoon drain.
