Project Details: Demolition works were undertaken to remove existing kennels and other storage areas used by the tenants. Construction of a modern facility will replace these kennels. Construction included an adoption facility as well as a holding area incorporating kennels. The facility incorporates food preparation areas, washing areas and exercise areas. Main Constructions undertook all civil works to prepare the building pads including the relocation of an existing demountable building and storm water works. Construction included concrete blockwork, Structural steel, colour bond roof, aluminum framed doors and windows, internal linings and painting. Areas have been designed to be easily cleaned with surfaces finished with such products as epoxy coatings and vinyl. Works also included the relocation of an existing cold room. We again utilized various specialised sub-contractors to undertake works such as electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, floor coverings etc. which ensured a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
We are working hard at South Pine Sports Complex to finalise construction of the new soccer facilities. These facilities which include a High Performance Club House and a Local Club House facility along with 4 new soccer fields will provide a much welcome addition to the complex. We are sure that after the excitement of the World Cup Soccer recently held in Australia that soccer clubs will be receiving an influx of players.
