Project Details:                 Main Constructions was awarded this project which involved the upgrade of the soccer facilities at South Pine Sports Complex.   Works included the construction of two new clubhouses, a High Performance Centre and a Local Clubhouse.  Civil works included Demolition of existing redundant features,  Earthworks including bioretention basin,  Drainage and Culverts,  Pavements and Line markings,  Kerbs, concrete structures and protective treatments,  Road surfacing,  Electrical works including Street/Path/Field Lighting,  Sewer/Water works,  Public Utilities Services,  Road furniture,  Hardscape, Irrigation, Landscaping including establishment and monitoring periods,  Sports field profile, sports turffing including establishment and monitoring periods, Traffic Management and all associated works. Construction has resulted in a facility that will meet community needs well into the future with six full sized soccer fields and the two new clubhouses.
