Project Details: This project was awarded to Main Constructions and involved the total renovation and extension of the Visual Arts Building at the Gold Coast Campus. As well as undertaking the building works Main Constructions also undertook all the external civil works required to prepare the site for the construction of the extension. Demolition works included the removal of existing framework, doors, linings, benches and mechanical services disconnection of electrical and data services and removal of floor coverings. Construction works included Blockwork, Concreting, Structural Steel, Metalwork, Suspended Ceilings, Woodwork, Aluminium Windows & Doors, Operable Doors, Floor Coverings, Roofing, Internal Linings, Electrical works, Hydraulics, Mechanical, and Supply and Installation of furniture.
We are working hard at South Pine Sports Complex to finalise construction of the new soccer facilities. These facilities which include a High Performance Club House and a Local Club House facility along with 4 new soccer fields will provide a much welcome addition to the complex. We are sure that after the excitement of the World Cup Soccer recently held in Australia that soccer clubs will be receiving an influx of players.
